We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to both the airport and the city center. It was so convenient to have the nearest shopping mall just a short distance away, making it a breeze to indulge in some retail therapy. Plus, there were plenty of dining options available just off Rama 9, which was perfect for exploring different cuisines. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool, gym, and even a sauna for some relaxation. We also loved the variety of amenities in the room, such as the free Wi-Fi and in-room safe, ensuring our stay was comfortable and convenient.

benihana at avani atrium, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. we visited one of our favorite spots soi cowboy that was close to the hotel.

We enjoyed the entire little french hotel, including staff and the food. If you want to eat nearby, try utsav indian restaurant, which is situated 600 ft away. Location, short way from all attractions. Honestly nothing to complain about

The location is very convenient as it is close to a hospital, a 711, and a shopping mall that can be reached by a shuttle bus. There is also a street market nearby which makes shopping very accessible. the hotel provides good sized and clean rooms with well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing complimentary drinks and snacks for executive lounge guests.

The wifi is unstable and the toilet sometimes needs to be flushed more than once to work properly.

Excellent spa and very accomodating to children who loved the pool. The buffet at 92 was excellent and had a wide choice of food with great live music.

Great Thai restaurant nearby with nice atmosphere. Free shuttle service to nearby malls. Staff was polite and friendly.

Rooms were old and outdated. Bathroom fixtures were rusting and discolored. Temperature in the room was uncomfortable and breakfast eggs were always cold. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The concierge gave us excellent advice about things to do and to visit. She helped us book flight tickets very professionally and swiftly.

The hotel is far from town and from the skyline, so you have to taxis and the expressway. However, cost of taxi is low in relationship to value of the hotel

I am a little bit disappointed because the internet is not for free at all. You have to pay 100 baht for 15 minutes . The ads on the internet says use of internet and I was expecting it for free.

The room was good. In fact it is one of the very few hotels to offer a family room for four. Also the fact that a very good breakfast was included in the cost.

The location was not mid market and so you would have to take a taxi if you want to go anywhere.

The location of this hotel proved to be extremely convenient for me as it was easy to get to/from the airport without any hassle. The cleanliness of the building was impressive, and the staff were friendly, providing helpful information about nearby transportation options. Furthermore, the breakfast had plenty of variety to cater to different palates.

Good room and facilities

1.Difficult to communicate with people- they do not understand us easily. 2. Sometimes, they were harsh in talking as well. Have not seen this in hospitality industry. 3. Few things like credit card verification etc. were not told in advance and amount directly charged from card.

I did not expect a 5 Star Hotel feeling for the price of a 4 Star hotel. For sure, I will come again.

I did choose the hotel be cause it seemed to be close to public transport but it is still to far off. Nevertheless, the taxis are cheap.
